How many people have you placed?

Since our inception in 1988, we have placed more than several thousand people in various industries.

How will you help me find a job?

By sending your resume or CV, along with the other documents, we will forward your application to your preferred client and job position. Moreover, we will also forward your application to other clients and positions which might interest you. Since we’ll be advancing your application to several clients and several positions, you have a better chance of getting hired.

What do I need for you to help me find a job?

You need to submit the following documents to begin processing your application: resume or CV, transcript of records, photocopy of your SSS Card and Tax Identification Number, NBI Clearance, two 1x1 and two 2x2 ID pictures, references, and, if applicable, certificate of employment from previous employer. But for the preliminary phase of your application, visit our office with your resume or CV and wait for the initial interview.

If I give my resume to you, how fast will I get a job?

This depends on quickly you give the other required documents and how quickly our clients process your application. As much as possible, we’ll have everything ready for the clients. However, there will sometimes be unavoidable delays on the part of the employer.

Can you help me get a job in a call center?

Yes, we can help you. Our clients are from various industries, and the Contact Center Industry is one of the most aggressive and rapidly growing industries around. Just send your resume to us and, via our affiliate, World Pacific Contact Center Solutions, we’ll find a place for you in our several call center clients.

Who are your clients/employers?

Unfortunately, we cannot give you the exact names of our clients due to confidentiality arrangements. Our client list covers almost all industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunications, Insurance, Business Process Outsource, and so on. We have been in the staffing industry long enough to have an extensive client base, which can greatly benefit you. Do click on "Clientele" page though to browse through the general information on our clients.

I’m looking for a specific job with a specific employer. Will you search for my request?

We will try hard to fulfill your request. But our usual practice is to submit your application to our current clientele that fit your preference.

What are the job openings available?

The current list is on the “Openings” page. Do click on that page to see the list and apply.

What if the job opening that I’m looking for is not on your list? Does that mean I shouldn’t give my resume?

If what you’re looking for is not on the list, do send your resume or CV just the same. You never know, the list of openings regularly changes and the job position that you’re looking for may appear next week, or next month. Plus, it wouldn’t hurt for you to consider other openings. By giving your resume, you’ll then be matched to the openings that are currently there and be matched to future openings.

Can my friend also send her resume?

Yes, your friend can. There is no limit to how many of your friends want to apply. We have numerous clients who have several openings. Thus, they are always looking for applicants from us. Sometimes, you can receive a referral fee if you send the resume of your friend who is then successfully hired.

I’m just a high school graduate. Can I still apply?

Yes, you certainly can. There are certain job openings that have as minimum requirement high school level education. Please feel free to send your resume. There is an opportunity for you.

I didn't finish college. Can I apply now?

Yes, you certainly can. There are certain on-the-job trainee openings that cater to your situation. Please feel free to send your resume. There is an opportunity for you.

I’m currently in college and haven’t graduated yet. Can I still apply?

Yes, you certainly can. There are certain job openings that have as minimum requirement college level education. Please feel free to send your resume. There is an opportunity for you.

Where is your office located exactly?

Our office is right along Salcedo Street, at the 7th floor of Philcox Building. Salcedo St. is behind the Makati Medical Hospital, with Mini-Stop on the corner of the stoplight intersection. If you see the Slimmer’s World sign, then we’re right across the street from the sign.
